Information used by the marketplace

We store your account email and password hash in WordPress, your optional profile and company name, selected publications, briefs, article files, messages, approval history and test order records. These records let you use the workspace and allow the editorial team to manage your requests.

Access and storage

Customer order pages require sign-in. Article uploads are kept outside the public media library and downloaded through an authenticated endpoint. Administrators can access orders for support and editorial work. WordPress uses authentication cookies; security and payment plugins already used by the site may also process information under their existing settings.

Email and payments

Account verification and password recovery use WordPress email. This preview collects no payment details and sends no marketplace payment requests to PayPal. Existing billing services are managed separately by their original plugins.

Your choices

Use the contact page for access, correction or deletion requests. Avoid sending sensitive personal information in an article brief. Final retention periods, controller details and payment-provider disclosures must be confirmed before live sales.
